Rio Tinto Procurement (RTP) is an internal service provider to all Rio Tinto Group business units. From offices in Brisbane and Perth (Australia), Los Angeles and Salt Lake City (US) and Johannesburg (South Africa), RTP manages the entire 'buying function' for business units. By applying best practice processes and tools to functions such as strategic sourcing, purchasing automation and supply chain management, RTP aims to deliver added value and competitive advantage for its customers.
