Rio Tinto Shared Services (RTSS) is a global organisation delivering vital support services to Rio Tinto worldwide.  

RTSS provides the following services to Rio Tinto businesses and support functions:

• Service desk and IT site support
• Payroll and employee services
• Accounts payable and cash management
• Facilities management (including building management, fleet management, mail and reception)
• Financial accounting, tax support and compliance activities

RTSS Americas region serves its US, Canadian and South American customers from a hub located in Salt Lake City, Utah, where we employ over 100 talented people
At RTSS, we benchmark our performance and product offerings against the best in the world.  We are part of the Shared Services Roundtable, a highly reputable external body that tracks common performance measures across shared service organizations globally.
