A dedicated graduate development programme is designed to provide our graduate and postgraduate employees with genuine long-term career opportunities.
Once selected for the programme with one of our business units, you will be given a job with real accountabilities, provided with a written development plan, an experienced mentor, leadership and technical training, exposure to senior management and assignments designed to broaden and enhance your capabilities.
We only seek the best. But, once we've found you, we provide a programme to keep you. The programme runs for three years, but you are not held in the programme for that long: if a suitable promotion opportunity arises we'll encourage you to seize it.
