Rio Tinto's graduate development programme doesn't end with recruitment and training, and it doesn't end after three years either; it simply undergoes a smooth transition and changes its emphasis to that of career development.

People are very important to us.  We invest in the best and do all we can to retain them.

Ongoing training in the latest techniques and technologies is always available, as too is effective mentoring and the opportunity to improve personal skills and gain additional knowledge.
